Description
CCM Tacks XR Pro Jr shin guards are designed for junior hockey players who face harder shots and more physical play, and need shin guards with high coverage and shock absorption. The Max Coverage FZN shield design combines an injection-molded shin guard with internal plastic reinforcement that provides extra protection on the sides, and a calf guard that molds to the leg for a stable, body-hugging fit.
The calf guard has an injection-molded plastic, HD foam and D3O® construction that conforms to the shape of the leg and helps absorb shock from pucks and impacts. The knee pad has an injection-molded cap with an integrated D3O® Zero Comfort Donut that supports the knee and dissipates impact energy from the joint. The shin cap is injection-molded with D3O® reinforcement at the bottom and a durable liner that reduces wear. The thigh guard has Flexmotion construction in compression molded EVA foam and is adjustable and removable. The length-adjustable dual calf straps along with a padded Hyper X lock strap keep the protector firmly in place throughout the match. The removable liner features D3O® donut and the ability to adjust tongues in or out to customize fit and protection.
