General information & conditions

Sticksonline is a company registered in Sweden. These conditions apply to purchases made by residents outside of Sweden. Some terms only affects citizens outside the European Union.

 

Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when Sticksonline has confirmed your order to the email address you have provided. By ordering from us you agree to these terms.

Payment

Secure Payments

When ordering from Sticksonline you can choose to pay via credit card, invoice or instalments. Invoice and instalments is only available for residents of Sweden.

Credit Card payments are made via our partners Auriga and Paypal. They are certified under the new stricter security requirement PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

 

This allows you to feel completely safe when you pay by credit card at Sticksonline.

 

Shipping

You can choose from three different types of delivery. Self-retrival, Office delivery and Home delivery.

 

Self-retrival

Sticksonline delivers, through Postnord DPD, the product to the Postnord DPD- office closest to the address that you have stated above. When the goods are delivered you get a message saying where you can retrieve the package.

Residents within European Union: 33 EUR

Resident outside European Union, including Norway EUR, inc. VAT

 

 

Office delivery

Sticksonline delivers, through Postnord DPD, the product to your workplace. In order for this option to work you have to make sure to enter your workplace address at checkout. Office delivery is only possible between 09.00-16.00.

Residents within European Union: 32 EUR

Resident outside European Union, including Norway: 53 EUR, inc. VAT

 

Home delivery

Sticksonline, through Postnord DPD, delivers your goods to your door. Home delivery takes place between 18:00 to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays only. Sticksonline always charges for this alternative.

 

Residents within European Union: 34 EUR

Resident outside European Union, including Norway: 53 EUR, including VAT

 

Delivery time

All sticks that we have in stock will be sent within 24h. Normal delivery is 1-5 business days in Sweden (3-7 business days outside Sweden).

Damage during transportation

 

If the package and/or the contents are damaged when you receive it, you should report it immediately. If you retrieve and open the package and then discover the damage please contact Sticksonline immediately. Transport damage must be claimed to us within "reasonable time" from the defect was or should have been discovered. Complaints that occur within 14 days from time of purchase are always considered as within "reasonable time".

 

VAT & Customs (only affecting residents outside the European Union)

Customers residing outside the European Union may suffer from VAT and custom duties when goods cross the national customs. Sticksonline is not liable for these charges. Citizens outside the European Union do not pay VAT when ordering from Sticksonline. Posten will charge the customer the cost imposed by the national custom. This cost must be paid in order for the customer to retrieve their goods.

Unclaimed goods

Sticksonline charges the customer the actual return shipping cost for non-retrieved items. Including any VAT and custom duties.

 

Returns & exchanges

Returns

All clients have the right to return or change their product.

If you would like to return your item and get a refund, you must notify Sticksonline within 14 days from the date of delivery. The goods must be sent back to Sticksonline intact and in original packaging with the labels still on the product. The client may of course try the product. When Sticksonline receives the goods and states that no damaged has been made they will, within 30 days, return the correct amount.

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and transportation risk.

In the matter of composite sticks there is a warranty-time of 30 days. You can only claim the warranty when there is a defect from the factory - which means that many sticks in the same production are breaking in the same way. This is very rare.

 

A stick that breaks for example via a shot usually means that it had one or many hits which causes cracks in the stick. This can cause breakage when you shoot the puck in it's full strength. This is not included in the warranty because it has happened by the games nature.

 

Of course, You have the right to change a product that is incorrect, but only the original faults are included in the warranty. For example does that not include normal wear and tear of the stick. Please contac our supportcenter as soon as you discover the error.

 

 

Changing a product

 

If you want to exchange your item you must notify Sticksonline within 14 days from the date of delivery. Notification shall be made to sticksonline@sport77.se.se, Please specify to what you want to change in the message. The goods must be sent back to Sticksonline intact and in original packaging with the labels still on the product. The client may of course try the product and then put it back in its original packaging.

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and transportation risk.

Complaints

 

You have the right to complain about a product that is faulty. Only original error is covered by the warranty. Normal wear and tear, for example, are not covered. Please contact Sticksonline as soon as you discover the error.

 

Errors in information

Sticksonline reserves themselves for errors in the information and specifications for products within Stickonline’s product range. All pictures should be seen as illustrations and can’t be guaranteed to reproduce the product's exact appearance and characteristics. Sticksonline also reserves the right to correct any errors in specifying the amount of inventory.

 

Privacy Policy

In connection with your order, you consent to us storing your data in our activities to complete and provide the service that you expect. All customers are entitled to view the information that we have registered. As a customer you can request correction or removal from our customer database. If so, contact our customer service. Sticksonline will not sell or transfer any personal information to third party.

 

Dispute

 

In the event of any disputes or claims Sticksonline always follow general recommendations. These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. Any domestic rules in favor of the customer will however rule over the Swedish law.
